Can I get all the Jeep incentives on the invoice price or is it just off the MSRP?

I've always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. Right now jeep is offering $3453 in incentives on the 09's. I was just wondering if I can deduct that discount of the invoice or is it just of the MSRP?
 
rebates come from the manufacturer, not the dealer. so no matter what, you get them. whether you buy the car for below invoice, invoice, MSRP, or MSRP + $2000.
