Can I get an Ipad 2 at the Apple Store?

I want an Ipad 2, i know they sell out everyday.
My friend that works at best buy sayd that they sold out and they dont get more that fast.
And i hear that apple stores get a shipment of ipad 2 everyday. Is this true?
If i go to the apple store sunday morning 3/20 (at open) will they have any? Will there be a line?

Additional Info:
I live in Buffalo, Ny and the Apple Store is in the Galleria Mall.
The friday the ipad came out there was a line of around 40 people.
I dont want to wait 4-6 weeks by ordering online.
Obviously i know they sell ipad 2's at apple store, I meant are they going to have any in stock.

I believe The Apple store do have shipment of Ipads. But you could also try buying at the apple online store.
