i am been given a lancer evo x when i pass my driving licence i will be around 17/18 when i pass

Yes you can be insured BUT the insuranse will be into tens of thasouns becuase young driver + no no claims bonus+ no experince+ plus high power car = HUGE INSURANSE.

Even a ford feista will be a couple of grand,

and you are a very lucky man gettin and evo x when u pass
