For health reasons, I am now no longer allowed to drive. I'm in Virginia.
If I'm still paying off my car so I don't want to transfer the title to my fiance, so, can I get my car registered so my fiance can drive my car?
We will have insurance in his name so the car WILL have insurance. The car has already been registered, but just needs to be renewed and now that I don't have a license, I want him to be able to drive it.
I don't want to sneak and have the DMV think that I still can drive. I want to do things legally. I will call DMV in the morning, but wanted to see what others have experienced beforehand.
