My husband introduced me to a childhood friend of his' son and he happens to be gay. My husband and I have built a relationship with not only him but his sister and her husband. My new gay friend and I just connected from the get go and like to talk however, my husband feels very threatened by our new found friendship. I reassure my husband that he's my one and only but he just doesn't understand. His feelings of not being "the only man" in my life is sometimes just way too much. On one hand, he'll tell me to hang out with my new friend and his family and then he'll see that I recv'd a txt from him and get all mad again. Im sooooo confused. I love my husband dearly and would do anything for him....including giving up a friend if that's what he wanted. I don't know if it's the fact that he's jealous (my husband knew him first) because he doesn't talk to my husband or txt him or does he truly feel threatened? How can I get him to understand that my friend doesn't want ME-he's GAY???
