Can i go anywhere i can go on the internet to make an anime that looks like me?

I've always wanted an anime me. If possible, i want it to be free and done over the internet. AND i can design it my self. i dont know if there's a website like that, but please let me know!!! Thanks!

u could always try the http://www.deviantart.com/ forums and see if u can get an artist to do some sketches of you
you'd have to post or send them current pictures tho
or maybe get on a webcam for them so they have something visual to go off of

Try looking at a bunch of anime pics on DeviantArt and take some visuals from that and draw yourself. You can do it.
