...there with me.? i am 16 and i work. so i just wanted to know if i can purchase a phone and plan under my name only through my social security.
 
i believe you have to be 18. You can try from the site below and where the phones are much, much cheaper than the stores and the phone will be shipped to you in 2 business days. If you have a debit card, you may be in business.
