Can I legally have a Nissan RB26DETT engine in my 350z in the state of Florida?

I want to swap a RB26DETT in my 350z but im not clear on whether or not it is legal to have in Florida. Can someone please help?
 
This is america , If you want to put a diesel engine on a go kart you can.
