Can i lift my Truck 3", without an expensive suspension kit?

I have a 2008 dodge ram 1500 and was wondering if i could do a body lift on it and how much it would run - if you dont know the answer dont give your answer please/

you want it up a little bit higher? if you have a 1/2 ton then put 3/4 ton coils on the front and add more leaves in the rear springs. that should raise it some. stiffer springs like that should keep it from sagging .
