Can I make a music video with Taylor Swifts song.. ?

I'm looking to go to college for broadcasting, and they want me to send some sample work in. For class last year I had to make a music video, but since it wasn't going to be shown to any body else we were allowed to use a famous person's song. I chose Fifteen by Taylor Swift. I directed, shot and edited it. Can I use that to send to the college? Or, do I have to redo another music video with an original song? Thanks :)
