can i mix boost nutrition drink and ensure drink? what will happen if i do?

my grandpa is sick and he just started to drink boost nutrition drink and ensure well he drinks one each a day so 1 boost and 1 ensure and now today he is sick can anyone help me figure out if he drank too much or not suppose to drink those two together so i am not sure
