Can I pick up an iPhone 3GS at the Apple Store if i've already ordered

it from Rogers? I ordered an iphone 3gs on august 14th from rogers, but would it be possible to go to the apple store and pick one up from there for the same price and have my order at rogers cancelled?

I want to do this because rogers told me it would take up to 2 weeks to ship because of low supply, yet the apple store gets frequent shipments.

Yea... just call Rogers and see if you can cancel and get money back, then once you figure that out, go buy an iphone at apple store!
