Can I play online co op if I buy dead rising 2 on the xbl marketplace?

I am considering to buy dead rising 2 so I can play online co op with a friend but the marketplace says there is no online or co op features on the marketplace. Is this an error?
no, I know that, what I'm trying to say is that is there an online co op feature on the Xbox Marketplace version of the game?
 
You can play offline but playing online will result in the download being stopped.
