can i put a graphics card in a toshiba sattelite p745?

i have recentally bought a new laptop and i love it is very powerful except it is lacking graphics card i would like a nvidia chip in mine if anyone could help me i would like some help
 
Once again, it is not a "card", it is a chip soldered to the motherboard and not user replaceable.
 
The graphics/video card is a chip set made into the mother board and is not replaceable or upgradeable on your laptop. No one sells a graphics/video card chip set for laptops. Only high end custom gaming laptops have upgradeable/replaceable graphics/video cards.
