Can I put a muffler on my 2007 Ford Fusion without messing up anything else?

I'm trying to make my car louder. I was thinking about going with a Magna Flow muffler. With that said, would I have to modify my car in any other way or can I just put the muffler on? Or, do I have to buy the whole exhaust system?
