Can I put the 1984 Honda Interceptor engine into my 1984 Magna?

My 1984 Magna 700cc engine is shot. I have access to a 1984 Interceptor engine, also 700cc, same BASIC engine. I understand these engines are different in some ways but are they so differant as to make the swap to hard and too expensive, if even possible?
