Can I put the spoiler and rims from the 2007 Impala SS on my 2007 Impala LT??

I have a black 2007 Impala LT
I've been wanting the put the 18" 2007 Impala SS rims on it
and the SS spoiler

Can i have this done somewhere??
And approximately how much would you say it will cost?

im pretty sure u can they will fut but one problem, your impala is still gonna be SLOW
