I dont think so, cas your stock wheels should be around 15''. If somehow you do install 18'' rims your ride will be so uncomfotable. My cousin did the same mistake on his Range rover and the ride was so bumpy you can even feel the rocks on the road. So you are better off buying matching tires with the rims.
