Long story short: I used to work at a daycare center and was fired for not signing a write up.
I have a YT channel and I want to rant about all my experiences there (now that I no longer work there and can't be fired, so there is really nothing that I am afraid of), but I just want to know if I can be sued for "defamation (of character)" or slander, even if I don't say where I worked at?
I honestly want the parents (that are paying good money and thinking that their kids are getting this great care, education, nutrition, etc, but I'm not gunna lie, I kinda want to the place to ... lose business. I kinda equate it to (going to a restaurant and later) working there and finding out that no one washes their hands, people don't get over time pay and people are not getting breaks, etc (except I didn't take any pictures become they threaten to cut peoples's pay and fire them if we were caught with our cell phones (out))). Can I rant about this on my YT channel as long as I don't say where I worked, any of the people's names, etc?
PLEASE only helpful advice, no stupid answers just for the points or spam.
As I said before, I don't have any pictures, so I don't have any direct proof, but I have had people with me when I witnessed something. (don't know if that helps or not?)
