Hi, I have Verizon and I was wondering if my phone broke from Verizon would it be replaced with the same phone or can I just pay the extra amount on another phone and would that phone cost be retail or upgrade price? I have insurance on my phone. Thanks, Justin
If you have insurance they will replace the phone with the same model it the still have or make it. If they don't have the same phone you have you will get a phone similar to the phone you already have. If its time for your upgrade you can go ahead and get what phone you want. If its not time for your upgrade you can still get a new phone but have to pay the full retail price of the phone. I would just wait and get the phone replaced by insurance.
