Look under "Toll Restriction" at the bottom. Call your customer service number and ask them to block collect calls for your line.

I have searched their website but have found nothing regarding this matter.
Is there a way to block incoming collect calls [to my land line phone]?
Is there a fee?
Thank you!

most phone companies will block incoming collect calls free of charge. however if they're coming from a correctional facility in some cases you will have to call the company that handles their calls to get them blocked.
