Can I resend my query to agents that said no within a long period of time?

I sent queries to a lot of agents, and basically all of them said no. I took a long look at my novel and rewrote it to make sure no errors are available. I have tried to make it so it is as perfect as possible. It has been almost a year since then.

Can I resend queries to those same agencies?
