Can I send a composite video feed over a cellphone voice call?

Say, I connect the composite video feed into the mic of a cellphone and then if i call that cellphone from another phone and hook it's speaker onto the composite leads to a tv screen. would that work? or would the quality or refresh rate of the voice call be too low?

Cellphone microphones have a frequency response that is much lower than the freq. response of a video signal, so most of the useful signal will be cut off.
