I'm sure you could, but a typical salary would only get a half-ass lawyer that really wouldn't pay you much attention and make his/her paralegal do all of the work. And even if you did win, you'd get a shitty little settlement not really worthy of your time and then you'd still be out of a job adding to the number of jobless claims that FOX NEWS and CNN keep scrolling across the bottom of their programs. Besides, if it's a U.S. job, I'm sure they will outsource soon like the rest of these corporate bastards trying to save a few bucks. So, you really are in a lose-lose situation.
