Can I Supercharge a 2001 Nissan Maxima Manual?

So I'm not quite old enough to drive, but my moms boyfriend said that when I can, he'll give me his car. Well it's a 2001 nissan Maxima. He's already got a cool air intake and something done with the exhaust, (he told me once, but I forgot). Well I want to supercharge the baby, or at least turbocharge. And I was wondering if you've ever heard of a kit that will fit. It does have a v6 2.4 . I don't know all this crazy stuff about cars and parts so help would be pretty awesome. Thank you(:
 
Honestly, it's not worth it. If a FI kit does exist, you're going to have to build the motor. And it's extremely time consuming and very, very expensive. Doing the job right is going to be next to impossible unless it's done by a professional.

It's your first car, and it's free. Be happy with what you have.
