Can I switch from the LG Voyager to the Droid by Motorola?

I have had my LG Voyager for about 8 months and it has already broke. The front touch screen is blacked out and the inside screen changes colors. I have a 2 year plan for the Voyager and I was wondering if I could switch to the Droid, but get a new 2 year plan so the phone is cheaper.

Also, is it possible to get the buy one Droid get another free deal?
