Can I switch my verizon phone line to a blackberry I found?

The phone is on the stolen phones list and I found the phone when it was disconnected and with no numbers in it as if they just got it.
What should I do?
I want to connect it to my verizon line, is there any way to do it
Can I unlock it and then do that?
 
If you found it, it belongs to someone else. You should turn it in to the police nearest where you found it. If there is GPS tracking on it, you will be caught and could be prosecuted.
These things have serial numbers and other identifiers.

If YOU lost YOUR Blackberry and I found it and tried to use it, wouldn't you be pissed?
 
You can only use a phone on Verizon if it was originally sold by them. If it was, then you can go to a Verizon store and they'll activate it for you on your account.
