No I am not using five fingers to play lacrosse, but it is related.
I want to start running before Lacrosse spring season at college. I really want to get on the bare foot running craze, as all my attempts at running result in pains that supposedly five finger shoes rid you of.
My question is can I train in the five fingers, and then switch to lacrosse cleats come practice time? Will it be bad for my feet. I would be running in the morning with vibram five fingers, and then at night practicing in lax cleats.
