Can i try my almost 9 month old on homo milk now?

My daughter will be 9 months on wednesday and im running low on formula. Before I run out to buy more I was wondering what all your thoughts would be of me trying her on homo milk today? She has G.E.R.D. real bad and vomits often. By saying often I mean like every 1-2 minutes. She is on Ranitadine and metroclopramyde. She has been on these meds along with domparadone since birth. She will vomits all the time but is actually over weight. She is quite a chunker,lol! She is 22 pounds and in the big girl seat now,lol! Anyways what is your opinions on my trying her today on the homoginized milk? My older sons both were put on it when they turned 8 months! Please help me out here! If you have a baby or child with GERD when did you start them on the homo milk? Thank you
Thank you everyone! That is what I was thining but family is telling me to switch her now and I said I wanted to wait. Also, here in Canada they say you can switch to whole milk at 9 months of age! That is why I am asking! Thank you again!

my daughter suffered with GERD and they had her on Nutramagin for over a yr, because she had it so bad. I would not suggest using whole milk yet, get formula. even if its a sample can from your peditrician. Dont give her milk yet..

It's not recommended to give any form of cow's milk until at least 12 months of age.
This is something that should be talked over with her pediatrician.

If you're talking about whole cows milk, I would definitely wait until the reccomended 12 months. Sometimes parents introduce whole milk slightly earlier, but seeing as how your daughter is already having health issues, I would definitely hold off, or at least ask her pediatrician about it first.

Since your daughter has already problems I would wait. In Canada they recommend to introduce whole milk at 9 months if the baby has a good solid diet. Before my doctor told me that I can start introduce whole milk to my daughter (she is 10 month old), he made sure that she was eating plenty of solids. One of my friends sons is still on Formula at 13 months because he did not eat enough solids, he is getting better and should be off formula soon. I am still BF my daughter and she gets approx 5-6 oz of whole milk a day, I will gradually increase it to 15 oz when she is ready.
