The printer is wifi and bluetooth enabled. It has the setup menu for bluetooth and when i connect my dongle it reads it fine and gives it an ip address and all that but when i go to add printer on my dell laptop and choose bluetooth printer it says it cant fine one. I can go to the bluetooth system itself on my laptop and add the printer as a device but when i click ok to complete and go back in the printer is no longer added.
