can i use a compact pc with 220 watts to run a 43 watt gpu card?

i need to upgrade my compact pc, and i only have a 220 watt psu. it has the integraded nvidia geforce 9200. i found a good card, but it uses 43 watts, soooo, can my pc unit spare these extra 43 watts?? and how much power does this nvidia card use so that i can minus that??? i mean, 220 watts isn't much and when my motherboard and cd drive are using power, how much is there left?
