can i use a hyundai radio in my nissan?

i have a 2006 hyundai elantra radio and a 1992 nissan pathfinder radio that im gonna swap
 
it's not going to work, because it for 2 different cars, on less you have the after market radio with a harness do be able to connect to the nissan pathfinder or the hyundai elantra. Plus, for 2 different type of cars may have 2 very different harnesses.
