Can I use a Rogers phone with Solo Mobile?

I know that like every cellphone company has SIM cards now... But I wanted to know if I get a Solo SIM card and put it into the Rogers phone if it'll work or not...
 
If the Solo Sim card is GSM Network sim card and your Rogers phone is network unlocked phone means you can use the Sim card in the Phone...Otherwise Locked Phones does not support other GSM Network Sim card...You need to Unlock it..you can use the Unlock code to Unlock it..Get the Unlock code for GSM phones at here simpleunlocking.com and Unlock it.You can get the Free Unlocking instructions at Mobileunlockguide.com then use any GSM Network in the Phone.
