Can I use a T-Mobile P.A.Y.G. SIM card without a T-Mobile phone?

I have a cell phone that I am available to use instead of my crappy Nokia phone. Can I use my Pay As You Go SIM card with it?

Yes,it's possible.
Before change your sim card,you must check your phone is locked or unlocked.If you have locked one,you can't change your sim card without unlocking.If you need Phone unlocking service visit wickedunlock.com Here you can unlock your phone at low cost.After unlocking you will be able to use any carrier on your phone.I hope it will be very useful to you.
