Can I use a T-Mobile simlocked Cell with T-Mobile in Germany?

I want to buy a Blackberry from T-Mobile in the US and use it in Germany, also with T-Mobile. Is there a diffrence between the german T-Mobile and the american T-Mobile?
Will the Phone work or do I have to unlock it?

You need to Unlock Blackberry from USA Network Sim card..Even if it same T-Mobile network you going to use...You can unlock it means you can avoid roaming so that use with German T-mobile network.There is no difference in German T-Mobile and USA T-mobile network sim card...Both are same but country is different...You need to Unlock it sure.To Unlock Blackberry Locked to usa T-Mobile network ...Get the Unlock code from here Theunlockspot.com/blackberry/rs10wp8/ and unlock it.
