Can I use an 8GB micro SDHC memory card in a Motorola V750 Adventure phone?

Motorola says it will support a micro SD card and that it will support up to 8 GB of memory. But I have never found an SD card with more than 2 GB of storage on it. It seems only SDHC cards have more than 2 GB.
