I have a LG shine with no SIM card. I am wondering If I can get a sim card from AT&T and pay as I go using the AT&T website?
Can I use an AT&T Sim card on an LG SHINE?

If your LG Shine is an Unlocked Phone means you can use any GSM Network sim in the Phone...It's locked means you can't use other GSM Network Sim card....You need to unlock it.To Unlock LG SHINE get unlock code from the site Simpleunlocking.com/lg-shine/rs16wp9/ unlock it then use any GSM Network Sim like AT&T Sim.
