can i use castrol edge sport oil (5W-30) in my 1996 Mazda astina?

I was just wonder if someone can tell me if i am able to use

Castrol edge sport oil for a 1996 mazda astina.
and i do will it hurt or damage it in anyway ?

You can use that, its fine, although it my grow hind legs and moonwalk you to your destination.
