Can i use fairy liquid to wash my car? what can i use?

I like to wash my car, but i dont want to take it to the proffesional car wash thing.

how do i wash it? what cleaning substance do i use?
any useful tips?

i have green ford KA car

are there any cheap car shampoo?
doesnt anyone know what fairy liquid is?

its a washing up liquid - a well know brand
 
Yh you can use fairy Liquid, my Dad used to do that to his car. Its fine. Just fill a bucket with water and Fairy Liquid, so its all soapy, then use a sponge to clean your car with. I know Loads of people who have done it.

no i would not wash your car washing up liquid as i have heard it contains salt so it could damage your paintwork on your car you could buy a cheap car shampoo from your local supermarket good luck
