I have a .mkv file that I want to watch, but when I try to play it, there's no audio and it says the I need the DirectShow codec (when using DivX). I uninstalled DivX and dowloaded ffdshow but then Windows Media Player wouldn't even play the video. I'm not really sure if I need to change any ffdshow settings Do I need to download another specific player? Or can I use the DivX converter to change the file?
