Can I use "iphone" with Family Mobile Plan? (powered by T-Mobile)?

I put "iphone" because I mean like imitation iphone. I really like these two phones

I have Walmart's Family Mobile plan powered by T-Mobile. It's unlimited calls and text buuut it charges 5 cents per pic message and internet. I have never owned a phone like iphone or anything so I dont know if it does everything through internet or is it like a normal phone. I just do not want to buy it yet unless I am assured that I will be able to even use it without paying for everything.

hopefully some ipod users out there can give me some advice or answer the question. or if youre not at least find better luck at research than me...

p.s. if i end up able to get one, which one do you think is better?
