Can I use my Mini strobe light for my car?

I know this may sound dumb but its just a question and Im curious. can you use a mini strobe light for your car. I mean i have a swith for my other neons and car strobes. I was wondering if I can connect this mini strobe light people use for house for my car? Just wondering. thanks.
 
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO because if you do you can blind your self and other drivers and then that will lead into and accident
