I am selling a brand new laptop. Do you think I can use pictures I find on the internet? Do I need to ask permission? I see a lot of others on ebay that seem to be from the internet, did all of these people as permission?
Thanks

Yes, you just copy the picture and past it in a Microsoft document. Then put it on an eBay listing

I normally just google image what I am looking for and then save as to desktop and upload from there.

You are supposed to get permission from the owner of the pic but just make sure that:

a) you tell them that this isn't Your pic
b) do (a) as then that was if you are selling used goods you will not get the feedback that your pics were deceiving
c) Explicitly state the items condition (truthfully!) in the text bit

After that you rally ought to be covered :D

No you don't need permission. Just make sure you note somewhere that the pictures are not the computer you're selling but it's the model picture. Otherwise, people might not take your listing seriously.
