I purchased a home and the dryer is vented into the attic and then it turns and exits out the side of the siding. A co worker said to use PVC pipe instead of the crappy flex line. It makes great sense but I want to make sure that the heat won't affect it. I know electrical underground pipe, ( the grey type) withstands heat better. Any advice?
