I run a 500w Boss amp bridged to one American Eagle 12" sub rated at about 450 watts in a full size behind the seat truck box, with a 5" port. The gain is set to max. It works fine without overheating. Can i turn the gain down and click on the 18db boost to get more power?
The center divider is knocked out...ported board now covers other speaker opening.
The truck is a full size two door pickup.
Head unit: Panasonic 50w X 4 (Mosfet)
Amp: Boss Riot RT335 (Mosfet stable in 2ohm in two channel mode, 4 ohm bridged)
Sub: 12" American Eagle 12" 4 ohm
