Can I use two Bluetooth headsets at the same time on my computer?

My wife & I don't want corded headphones and bought a Rocketfish Bluetooth adapter with two RF-MAB2 headsets. This way we can both listen to the computer so we don't disturb the rest of the house. I paired them and everything and they both connect, except you can only hear sound on one of the Bluetooth headsets at a time. Is there a way around this or can we not use them as headphones "together"" (at the same time). Hope I explained this well enough:)
