can i watch blue ray on laptop?

can i watch blue ray on laptop that i downloaded not on blue ray disc i mean that goes on my hard drive

and if i can do i need a Special player or can i use windows media player

You need to get a blue ray decoder installed on your computer. Or burn them to discs and play them on a blue ray player on your tv if you have hdmi and a blue ray player.
 
Blue ray is a format of disc which if it is a disc then you will need to have a blue ray player
If your down load is of blue ray quality then you may be able to play the file and if your graphics can handle the quality then it will play but then if your graphics are only able to handle STD formats then it will probably play but you will only hear the audio.
