Can iPhone 4 (AT&T) work with t-mobile?

Hi i want a cheaper mobile phone service and was wondering if my iPhone 4 (AT&T) can work with t-mobile.
 
You need to unlock i-phone from AT&T usa ,to use with T-mobile network sim...To Unlock it use Remote Unlock service...Visit the site Simpleunlocking.com get the remote unlock service and unlock it easily...Then use with any GSM Network sim card in it...
