...military suspension? I deployed to Afghanistan in March 2010. Before i departed i had an unlimited data iphone plan. I know that unlimited data users are grandfathered in if they keep their plan, does this also apply to unlimited data users who have their account put on military suspension? I don't see why i wouldn't be allowed to continue my unlimited data plan since i never canceled my account, i just put on hold ("military suspension") due to military obligations. But I had a buddy who just returned in the same situation and they told him at the store he needs a new plan, he didn't think it was fair but got a new plan anyway. When i return to the US in the next couple of month if at&t tells me i have to get a new plan i will try and fight it (possibly with a lawyer). Would i be in the right in doing so? Also what if your two year contract expires, are you still allowed to keep your unlimited data plan as well in that situation? Thank you for any help you can give.
