Can Kaito Kuroba eat fish?

I'm a major KID fan, but I can't seem to remember if anything mentions his ichthyophobia extending to eating things (like sushi) that contain fish but don't look like fish or not. Does anyone know? If you do, please do state your source because I'd like to know what I missed.
